Buddy's Joke and Something Extra!
Hey guys, is it my turn again? Great! I have been feeling so generous this week that I have 2 things for you!
It's almost Easter and Momma has been coloring Easter eggs. I'm hoping she will hide them in the back yard! I bet I can find lots of them out there before anyone else even knows they are missing! Yeah, I know I'm dreaming. Those humans are smart enough not to put eggs out where I can get to them. But I bet someone gives me an egg. YUM.
Ok, are you ready for your joke?
A school bus full of young kids was cruising along the road one day when a fire truck zoomed past. A Dalmation was sitting in the front seat.
The children started discussing the dog's duties. "They use him to keep the crowds back," one youngster said.
"No," said another. "He's just for good luck."
A third child brought the argument to a close. "They use the dogs," she said firmly, "to find the fire hydrant."
And now for something a little different:

If you can live without caffeine,
If you can be cheerful, ignoring aches and pains,

If you can eat the same food everyday & be grateful for it!
If you can understand when your loved ones are too busy to give you time,
If you can overlook it when those you love take it out on you,

If you can ignore a friend's limited education,
If you can resist treating a rich friend better than a poor friend,
If you can face the world without lies and deceit,
If you can conquer tension without medical help,
If you can relax without liquor,
If you can sleep without the aid of drugs,
If you can honestly say deep in your heart that you have no prejudice against creed, color, religion, gender preference or politics,
THEN, you have ALMOST reached the same level of development as your dog.
