Meet Roxy

Hello,My name is Roxy. I'm a beautiful Border Collie-Black Lab mix. Just picture a black Border Collie. That's me I can't remember my early puppy-hood but I know I somehow ended up at the SPCA . Then a nice man and his teen aged daughter came and got me. I loved living with them but the man's girlfriend was allergic to me. Also, I don't think they had ever had a dog before and they had no idea how rambunctious I can be. The nice man had to travel a lot and when he did, this teen aged boy named Ryan, would come and take care of me. We became friends and really bonded. Eventually, the nice man realized I would be happier with Ryan, and so he let me go live with him.

I love living here with mom, and Ryan, April and the rest of my pack. I am the Alpha female around here and if truth would be told, I'm really the alpha dog here. I keep the other dogs in line. I guess it's the border collie in me. I have to herd the others to keep them in line. I mean if I don't do it who will? Those fur bags would be just walking aimlessly around with no one to guide them. Sigh. It's my job.

The other thing I am known for is for being a fashion diva. I love my jewels. I get highly upset when someone takes my collar off. I just feel naked without it. Can you believe the other dogs don't like wearing their collars? Those barbarians! When someone takes my collar off, I quickly try to put it back on. I really love the type of collars that have the crystal jewels in them. I just feel so beautiful with all that bling!

Well I guess you are wondering what I offer to this blog. Well, I'm thinking I may just look for the best dog fashion items out there and give you a report on them every Tuesday.
